Reset Password

This section deals with if a user forgets their password or Login ID.

On the Login Page, click on 'Forgot Your password /Login ID'

Enter either the Login ID (if you remember) or email address. Click on 'Submit' button.

The following screen will appear:

Check your e-mail and follow the instructions there.

When you click on the link in the e-mail, you will get the following screen. Verify your Login ID and click on Submit.

Next Screen will continue Identity confirmation. This is the security question you set up when setting up your account. Answer that and click on Submit.

Set a new password on the next screen.

You will get a confirmation screen that the password was changed.
